On the afternoon of May 13, a delegation from Shenzhen Innova Immune Co., Ltd., including Directors Hao Jian and Huang Heqin, Executive Vice President and CEO Wang Mingjun, R&D Director Ma Yipeng, Head of Production Qiao Dongjuan, and Assistant Dean Pan Yi of the Shenzhen Innova Institute of Translational Medicine, visited Shenzhen Cell Valley for exchange and discussion. Our Chairman Shi Yuanyuan, Quality Management Director Zhang Xuefeng, Production and R&D Director Feng Yaru, Assistant to the Chairman Wei Zheng, and Deputy Head of R&D Sun Rui extended a warm welcome, and the two parties held a symposium.

Accompanied by Assistant to the Chairman Wei Zheng, the Innova Immune delegation toured the nearly completed Shenzhen Cell Valley, gaining an initial understanding of the founder team, corporate culture, and platform development. During the subsequent symposium, Chairman Shi Yuanyuan introduced the company's one-stop service layout, including the viral vector production platform, cell production platform, IIT and IND auxiliary filing platform, and clinical research platform. He particularly highlighted the latest developments related to IND filing and Shenzhen Cell Valley's core underlying technology—the only domestic industrial-scale production capability for retroviral vectors.

Director Hao Jian stated that the two parties should clearly cooperate closely in future development and expressed expectations for their future collaboration—bringing to market TCR-T anti-solid tumor drugs that combine both safety and clinical efficacy to benefit all patients. Director Huang Heqin noted that the primary task at present is to transform science and technology into productive forces, moving advanced technologies from the laboratory to the market. Dr. Wang Mingjun introduced multiple pipelines under development and stated that Innova Immune would accelerate its TCR-T products toward IND, hoping to achieve win-win cooperation with Shenzhen Cell Valley by leveraging their respective strengths to jointly develop China's first retroviral vector-based TCR-T cell product, achieving a breakthrough from zero to one. This symposium was of great significance for the cooperation between the two parties. The two sides have already signed a strategic cooperation agreement and jointly applied for research projects. In the future, they will engage in comprehensive cooperation in product development, clinical research, and IND filing. Leveraging their respective strengths and integrating resources, they will open up the entire industry chain from R&D to production to approval, driving continuous innovation and rapid development of domestic retroviral vector-based cell products.
